Sakinah Circle fees provide funding for the alternative program which is not covered by Edmonton Public Schools.
Sakinah Circle Fees for the 2024-25 School Year
- $120/month for one child
- $200/month for two children
- $240/month for three or more children
How do Sakinah fees support the program?
Parents pay fees in Sakinah Circle to cover the following costs:
- Development of resources for teaching and learning with the Qur’anic worldview. This work is also being supported by Edmonton Public Schools.
- Sakinah Time – instructors and resources
- Field trips – transportation to natural areas and service projects
- Eid gifts
- Khalifah scholarship
- Books for the Sakinah library collection, and other material resources

In 2024-25, we have 108 families with 174 students enrolled in Sakinah Circle.
